Let's stretch! Our yoga teachers are instructing in the morning and evening with different variations: Hot Flow, Gentle Flow, Fit & Firm, Pilates on Mat, Hatha/Vinyasa, Power, and All Style. Open to all ages and both male and females. Our lessons are mostly in groups but it is also possible to get a private yoga class. Every month the yoga schedule will be slightly different, you can find the program on our pinboard next to the counter.
What is better for your body than a massage? Give yourself time to relax and enjoy a little piece of heaven. The massage that you get in our clinic is different than the service you get in the common Thai Massage salon. You will be approached with more experience and a better knowledge of your muscles.
We have multiple plans available if you need threatment. Our staff can provide 1hour, 1,5hour, 2 hour or even longer sessions. It is also possible to get a subscribtion in advance consisting of 10 or 20 appointments. We also deliver therapy at home, in the evening. Please contact us for more info
There are many advantages of steaming up in the sauna: lowering your blood pressure, a healthier skin, curing acne, improving your breathing, detox the body & losing weight! We recommend 20 minutes for optimized results, but you're free to stop earlier or to extend this period. You are also welcome to add this method to your daily/weekly routine!
